Y.M.A.D.I.C. Youth Mentoring Program ApplicationYouth Making a Difference in Christ!The Net Youth Ministries is designed to nurture young people who come from families that are not very nurturing. It is our hope to find adults who have a lot to give. The children we are targeting score low in many areas on the 40 Developmental Assets of Search Institute. It is our goal to develop these assets in these children and in their parents. These children need mentors who have the psycho-emotional resources to invest in them and their families. Generally, those who fit in this category are the resilient self-motivated types who have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Those who are looking to serve rather than be served. Who are shepherds willing to follow the pastor's leadership and willing and able to take care of the sheep.
