The Net Reaches Out to the Northwood Community
June 1, 2008

Many of the families living in the Northwood community just need a helping hand. Many are single parents struggling to work and manage children. Many are elderly and disabled in need of attention. There are hundreds of children needing direction and purpose. The Youth of The Net are praying and working for the transformation of this community. Since early this year, The Net has made its presence known in this community by passing out flyers, holding Bible studies, and today hosted a Community Values Youth Block Party. The Net plans to start a Bible story hour, support other initiatives in the community and in the Fall start a school designed to change the lifestyles of these children and their families. If there ever was a time to make a difference this is it! Please pray for our efforts and do consider giving financially to support us.
